Pls Help to ID this Bristleworm

Hi bros/sis, im setting up my tank and found this hitch hiker in the live rocks. 

Is this worm harmful to my tank?

Bristle worms are not harmful.  They are actually helpful as they scavenge and clear uneaten leftover food that settles on the bottom.

However, due to their looks, many do not like them in their tank.

Fireworms and Bobbits are the ones that we should be more concerned about.

Im worried this could be a fireworm. As im starting a new tank and wouldn't want to have any crash.

Don't think yours is a Fireworm.  If you are worried, then just remove it.

But whatever worm it is, I do not see why it would cause your tank to crash.
