I agree dreamweaver is one of the best package available. Quite easy to use also and expensive for personal use.I believe there are many free HTML editor softwares available. You can try it. For me i use dreamweaver in office and notepad at home

I do know that some of these reputated software have watermark technology but not sure if dreamweaver is using them.

It is not traceable as long as you DO NOT ALLOW the software to contact the server via internet, this is applicable for most software, as they tend to contact the server to verify the serial number or registration. However, it is recommanded you buy the software if you really like it, as it is really against the law. But if you really need to use it for a period of time, you might like to download the trial ware. Please do support those programmer...
