Hi dont think your starfish is reef safe, if can post a photo of the starfish so as to clearly identify, be is too late and you will slowly lose all your coral.

why can't i put a sea apple in my tank?? :erm:

You can have it in there but there's a risk of it being stressed/die and release toxins into your water wiping out everything.

Becareful of your corals, i think i see camel shrimps in the tank.

Recommend that you do a little more research on the stuff u have in the tank. Some of the soft coral you have need feeding to survive. Camel shrimp and Chocolate chip starfish are not reef safe. U have quite a lot of macroalgea in ur display tank, becare of it outgrow in ur tank.

Maybe u can tell more about ur setup?

it is enough that i just put IODINE, STRONTIUM & MOLYBDENUM, LIQUID CALCIUM, invertebrate smorgasbord daily into the water??

why after some time, some of my coral grow thinner?

Did you test for the chemical you release into your tank such as iodine or calcium... if not i would suggest not to add anything unless you have test kit to test for them
