I try for 2days already, 2PC fans enough to cool down the heat produce by the MH light. By using the fans, the temperature of my tank is 25.6c

I like the stand you made for the MH. Very cool and innovative (can't say that for the chihuahua though ). Are you keeping the tank in an air conditioned room or something, coz it's not possible for the water to reach 25oC just by evaporative cooling. A more realistic temp would be 27-28oC depending on humidity.
