Hi peeps,

anyone using the crystal pro DI filter know what's the proper attachment to connect from the toilet piping to the inlet connector of the DI filter?
The valve I got seemed to be the right size but the screw thread didn't fit well with the Crystal Pro inlet connector.

Wondering if I could get a plumber to help.

Hey leejwa,

Thanks for the tip.

I managed to get it all connected now.

How slow should the flow be to achieve 0TDS?

I'm thinking it should be very slow just slight passing a trickle?

It depend on the original TDS level in your tape water, check the output of your ro di filter water and adjust the flow rate accordingly until it reaches zero tds.

Di filter is more straight forward. Just not too fast flow rate to let the resin n your water has sufficient contact to increase the efficacy. Given your tap water is 110 tds, I think your resin will deplete pretty soon. Long term wise a rodi is better.
