True percula clownfish

Hi, i would like to ask all the experience reefer about my clownfish. 

I just bought a pair of true percula clownfish but their black color near their stomach faded abit. How's it possible!

When the color fade, means the nutrient are high. Most of the time ammonia is the one that cause the color loss.

Or it is either the fish is still stress.

You should post a picture and say some of your tank spec

I put in our QT. in the afternoon it was alright then midnight around 1am it's color faded! waiting for tomorrow to see how is it. Hopefully it's color can recover back

Just wondering if ur qt has been cycled as well. Have a hunch feeling its more with ur water

I did cycle my tank. This morning the color went back the same. Haha. Don't know what is wrong! Btw will my true percula clownfish have the chance to turn full coat black if now they are only have a little black coat?

They look healthy ! Some fishes loses their colour at night due to being scared or to blend in more with surrounding , should be nothing to worry about as they look healthy from the pics .

If they are eating well and looks good in the day , should have no issue bro. My blue tang loses its blue and black at night too and the colour comes back in the day
