Feeding UAS to Inverts

Hi dear reefers (seniors and juniors)

I would like to know if it's ok to feed the inverts algae that grows in the UAS? I'm planning to keep 1 or 2 Blue Tuxedo Urchins in the tank and I am aware that you can simply feed them Nori. But i'm just curious since they like algae, and UAS harvest them anyway. Instead of throwing it all away, can it be fed to the inverts?
