SRC Member josephwzr Posted January 16, 2016 SRC Member Share Posted January 16, 2016 Hey bro! Wanna ask if u qt-Ed ur blue tang? I'm really considering if I should buy one for my 222 tank, but scared kena ich! Haha Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
SRC Member vincentwangz Posted January 16, 2016 Author SRC Member Share Posted January 16, 2016 Yes I did QT my tang. It still caught ich though, but I fed it Dr G's anti parasitic caviar. On and off the spots come back but it still swims and eats heartily so no issue. This tang is very used to a tank setting and I believe it helps them survive better. It came from a previous tank so quite stable. Sofishticated Friend

SRC Member vincentwangz Posted January 21, 2016 Author SRC Member Share Posted January 21, 2016 Wow.. a seahorse in a reef tank.. Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk Thanks! It's not easy. Must come with sacrifice. Cannot have Long tentacles corals as they will harm the skin of the seahorse. And the flow is more gentle so cannot have too many corals that need high flow. SRC Member vincentwangz Posted January 21, 2016 Author SRC Member Share Posted January 21, 2016 Haha. I love LPS too, but seahorses more! SPS need high flow which wil blow the seahorse ard. The best is some LPS that don't have Long tentacles and some macroalgae for them to cling on to. Sofishticated Friend
