Hi kinarito I bought mine at Iwarna who were selling sundried coral at 9/kg. You can also get a bag of random dried corals more than 5kg for 10 dollars at Pacific Reef aka Ah Beng. That one you'll have to sort through and mostly are small loose pieces with not much of a shape to it. These shops are at Pasir Ris Farmway 2 and 3, so not at usual LFS locations

'Live' rock typically refers to living organism & bacteria on the rock. Hence, in most cases, "Dry" (also means no living organism/bacterial) + "Live rock" seems to contract each other.

However, perhaps you are referring to "Caribsea Life Rock". DE Aquatics should be carrying this product.

According to its advertisement, "It comes seeded with a spore bacteria ready to act as your biological filtration that can be used to set up a new aquarium or added too an existing set up . Once wet the bacterial film containing the micro spore technology will become active , this will give that bacterial kick start to a new set up or if adding into an existing set up it will just simply give you a beneficial biological bacterial boost "
