If i use it to mix salt will it be better than tap water?

not sure if better then tap water, but, is still not the same as ro/di..

Water purifier may remove harmful chemicals but it will still contain lots of trace elements. This is something u want to avoid as u don't want to add anything extra as all that is needed to simulate sea water should already be in salt mix
