Hope to see pictures of your Eviota soon.

A. Hectori feeds primarily on sand fauna and some budding filamentous algae.

However your substrate is made of coral chips, which means that the Hectori will need replacement diet to help it through.

Aside from filamentous algae buds and rock detritus, what do you have in place to address that?

will replace the coral chips soon..waiting for the hector to settle down 1st before i 'stress' it again.:P

is it advisable to add sand from my 4ft sump on top of the coral chip?
