Suggestion: Include a thread for car-pooling to farms/purchase of item

Used to have a thread on car pooling but think it died off. Maybe good to have a section on this. As this is base on goodwill, think the arrangement must be at the convenience of helper and requestor. For car pooling, think requestor can state time, pickup at Mrt station, pm for contact detail prior to actual meet up. For purchase of items, like livestock, it is almost the same except payment. There will be risk involvement and Maybe can discuss how to minimise such risk. Certain stock is always in abundant in East/West and vice versa. So if kind Reefers who don't mind to help, will help many Reefers in getting their loved items. Sad to say, pilots and those black sheep may take advantage of this but let's go in spirit that this community is helpful and considerate. Just thinking aloud as always see ppl asking like flame hawk but cant always get in the East or more expensive. Hence, trying to brainstorm and hopefully trust and bonding are building up. Cheers.

Its kinda hard to buy on behalf. Its gonna be complicating as fishes or corals are a more look and feel kinda thing? What if the person doesnt really like and refused to pay?

Carpool to LFS will b more feasible as compared to buying on behalf..different ppl view a same fish/coral differently n the price too..so ideally its go together to get livestock..this goodwill will b deem in flavor of the driver of coz

Agrees, car pooling is more feasible and think good to create a standard data such us, pickup location, drop off location, duration, one way vs two way, date, time, etc. this is really good gesture and requestor should not be too demanding. Posting can be driver or requestor.

For purchase of livestock, agrees that it's harder as selection is one risk, Kena aeroplane another risk, no payment risk, arrangement for collection, etc. for those staying nearby like within same estate or bulk, maybe still possible. Lol.

Ya hor I am using tapatalk now and test then got this issue. On the browser is OK. Strange... I try to check it out again
