Let me hazard a guess, eggs probably from snails, unlikely but could be from fishes. Have you noticed your snails sucking faces doing the hanky panky?

Haha nope ! I hardly see my snails come out ! They only come out in the dark !

i did observe some tiny snails but dunno if it is a nassarius snail or not (only have nassarius in my tank)

I only have nassarius snails and bumblebee snails only too . And honestly I don't even see them on the glass . Haha . They always drop after climbing half the tank .

That's sad . So it's like nothing in the end after having it . I have like 5 of the spots in my tank . Hard to avoid it when cleaning the glass .
