is it true that ICH is in all fishes and only during stress i give way for the ciliated protozan to propagate ? or ICH is a protozan that if free swimming in water and attack a fish when its immunity is low ? please help all newbies and me too

U thought fishes are like dogs? LOL.

they dont live in the fish for long as will be shit out. thats why we need to quarantine new fishes.

yes. and can be transfered to other fishes too. so quarantine is most advisable. itch wont leave long so quarantine for 4 weeks max is best
