Is running a seachem phosguard with FR safe for SPS

Yes, it's safe to use. But phosguard is alittle bit too light to be able to tumble in the FR

I've yes before on sps tank, it's ok. But it deplete a bit faster as compared to rowa. Hope this helps.

I have a suspicion that it leeches aluminium though it does pretty well in keeping phosphate under control. Did a triton test and noticed elevated aluminium in my tank which most probably comes from theis aluminium based phosphate remover. Suggest to keep to the GFO.
