Ich or parasite on my tang

My blue tanks has some dotes both sides of the body and it looks like little holes like the picture attached. Is this ich or parasite? Please advise. Thanks

Is your blue tang still eating ?

Color fading?

Do you have liverock (look like scratches to me)

It's eating very well, yes color seems faded. With life rocks. Just realise my yellow tank has scratch marks on the head that seems like hole in the head kind of bacterial and my bicolor angel has 2 white spot on the end of it's fin. Everything just appear all together.

As for the blue tang, I suspect it's the Ich falling off the body leaving the open wound holes like the photo attached.

Might be Head and Lateral Line Disease. If is like the picture . Remove carbon if you have any.

Can you advise what's the effect of carbon?

Hmm... Nope. It's color just looks pale with tiny holes like the yellow tang photo I attached
