My experience with Dinoflagellates

One sounds like dino and the other sounds like cyano. Both are easily cleared with increased flow.

Yup, I agree with bro Angel Keeper.. I have been advised to invest in a good skimmer as well WC to facilitate in nutrient export, increase flow in tank, and most effectively throw in a few turbo snails to clean up the tank, I bought 10 snails and my dinos were all cleared in a few days, and when they cleared a particular area, the dino wont grow back on the same spot for a while. :)
