I went to marine life last week. Explained to him my problems. He gave me bactogel and some white powered reef safe medic which I am dosing into my tank as per his instructions. Things are getting better now. What should I do next ? Any tests ?

To reduce ich ,try :

1. Uv steriliser

2. Medicated fish food like Dr G 's parasitic or new life spectrum ich

3. Drop salinity to 1.021-1.022

4. Shorten the period for lights to give the fishes enough rest

5. If fishes are eating as per normal, just leave them and not to stress them

Usually I will use these methods for newly added fish

Oh which is more recommended to feed daily ?

I think all also can feed daily. But I prefer garlic guard. It's cheaper and no need to keep in fridge. just soak 2-3 drop into a container with your food for around 5mins then just feed. left over can keep in fridge for next feed.

I personally prefer to use Seachem Garlic simply because its easier.

But i also used fresh garlic with good success. If you have garlic at home now, you can start the 'treatment' immediately.

Get a clove of fresh garlic. Crush it to get some of the juice to soak in your food. Works just as well.
