Hi Bro,

Just come back from Hong Kong.

I went to the Goldfish Street and saw tons and tons of different kind of fishes there. Almost all shops have 90% of their tanks filled with fishes and coral, unlike singapore, tanks are always empty.

I bought a pack of 6.6kg of Coralife salt. Guess how much i pay? HK$55 ~ S$12 only. I also bought 2 X medium size cleaner shrimp at HK$30 each ~ S$6.60 .... So damn cheap...

Anyone going to HK, should have a look there.... U will be surprised by the stocks there....

Equipment wise is around same price as in singapore. Only saly is confirm cheaper than in singapore for al brand. Fish and coral wise, some cheaper and some around same price as compare to singapore.

I bought the shrimp 1 hour before i headed to the airport. I just put it in a plastic bag with my "lao pao bing".

wah.. sure go thru scanner they didn't see anything moving..

Why do we use "My 2 cents worth" when 1 cents are not legal tender in Singapore anymore? Shouldn't it be 5 cents worth?

Aiya, shrimp doesnt move around much, especially in a plastic bag. But if u get some fishes, then maybe will discover. Only HK will go through scanner, but not in singapore. Unless u are damn unlucky that when u reach Singapore, the custom offier want check on you loh. But i sure look like a nice guy :P
