Hi is the tube High Output or Normal Output ?

To what i know Iwarna manage to fire up High Output tube without the need to change the eballast at his display tank.

HO T5 tubes driven by HO T5 eballast will resulted in 100% performance of the HO T5 tubes.

HO T5 tubes driven by NO eballast will resulted in a drop in performance (mayb 70%) of the HO T5 tubes.

NO T5 tubes driven by HO eballast will resulted in overdrivin the NO T5 causin a decrease in livespan of tubes. And at the same time doesn't mean tat the NO T5 can match the performance of a HO T5.

From i know there is certain type of Elbiru Eballast which is made for HO tube but not T5. As it dont come with "warm start" ..
