Quarantine tank with copper

Hi

As I have ever dosed copper into my quarantine tank before, does it mean the bacteria media houses also will have copper ?

Though I have already did a full water change before, I thought of putting some inverts into the tank.

Do I need to change my bio media ( seachem matrix ) to completely remove copper ?

I have a mesh bag of carbon there too..
