Vertex filter socks

Anybody else using the Vertex 300 Micron (nylon/mesh) filter sock? Mine's seems to clog very fast, like within half a day. I thought nylon/mesh material suppose to last longer than the felted?

The ANS 200 micron felted sock i used previously took at least 4 days to get clogged.

I have the Vertex nylon mesh too. Same here. They clog in about a day.

I think its because the overall surface area is small compared to the felt sock.

yea. i think im going back to the ANS felt. unless i come across another mesh type sock from other brand.
