Never tested the param, only salinity @ 1.025sg , someone in the wassap group did test n all was good , and so far I never had problems.

But carrying them up to the flat is a hassle if u don't have a trolley.

Algae scrubbers are great !! One of my main filters , we can tell if the water is good by actually looking at the algae growth.

Below is a picture of todays algae harvest, light green almost white algae says that the water lacks nutrients which is good.

Regular removal of this kind of algae is a must.

A upflow scrubber and a floating prototype one, lights are 660nm red grow light best so far

I run 2 scrubbers , biosphere in the overflow and phosguard in a FR and weekly wC with NSW.

Oh and some mangrove , which I plan to decom soon.

Like I said overkill but water is great .

Cool.. was thinking of decom my chaeto and DIY scrubber.. haha.. NSW or salt mix is also a headache.. Previously using NSW for few months.. now trying out salt mix.. anyway, do you use addictives for NSW?

No I don't dose additives except some amino every now and then ,

Tested some nsw today ,

Salinity 1.025

kh is 7

cal is 400

nitrate is 0

So all is ok

Oh readings are taken on API test kits .. May or maynot be accurate. Maybe someone can do some test with better kits.

Bro ,your tank so big water so much sure will be no problem , even with full Sps also no problem!!
