Must on lights all day??

My anemone keeps moving about........

especially when i off the lights.........

however when i on the lights it more or less settles in a place and opens up.......

so does this mean i have to on my lights 24hrs a day??

or should i stick to my 10hrs on, 14 hrs off routine??

the anemone also have to rest. don't on the lights 24/7

no u dun need to on the light 24/7... let it move... anemone moves alot until it finds a idea spot in ur tank then it wld settle down
