i had this problem too...hhhmmmm...from wat i know the buttons will die if they are closed for too many days.....as mentioned, remove the anemone and u might wanna shift the buttons to somewhere else....i ban anemone from my tank 1) becoz of this problem 2) very afraid that they will get stuck in my PH can convert my PH into a meat shredder (happened to me before and 2 deaths in my tank .....)

y not try yellow anemone (moves around mainly on the sand bed) or rock anemone (don't move at all)?even better, remove all anemone....when stressed they will produce toxin into the water too...and the feeding, so troublesome and adds pollutants in the tank....WAH, so many things to consider....luckily i fiercely protest against anemone despite my gf's constant bugging....too bad,my clowns are homeless now......

yes they will if its too long. Light will not get to the bottons and the polyps will bleach in few days. Better move away.

Why do we use "My 2 cents worth" when 1 cents are not legal tender in Singapore anymore? Shouldn't it be 5 cents worth?

"Its easier to blame the 'mantis' or crabs in the tank for missing & dead livestocks.."
