I had used the same kind of magnetic pump (different brand) lasted me 7 yrs without problem until I Decom n shifted e tank off my house.

I didn't even do any maintenance on the magnetic pump at all and it work super well

My old MD70 magnetic drive pump connection - from sump tank pump up ^ all the way to false ceiling-> piping running to kitchen abt 8m down to chiller-> back up ^ to ceiling -> abt 8m back to main tank.

It is a solid pump, selling becos my current tank is set up in office, cabinet space is the issue that I have to let it go
