long worm in the sand... is it good or bad

I'm not sure if it's a pest, but if it's found in my tank I would definitely take a long pincer and catch it out. Wouldn't want to risk touching it when I stick my hands in the tank.

在一个月黑风高的晚上。。。take a chopsticks and pick them out.

What i did was take the rock that it is hiding and do a fresh water soak for few minutes... it will run out of the rock...

OMG! I realized my currently on cycling tank too has such tiny bristle worms buried in the sand bed.
After I saw you guys mentioned that it will grow and then crawled up to my already cured dead rocks, I think I will have to be fast before such dreadness happens... But how to possibly catch all sial...?
