Algae on candy cane

Is this hair algae on my candy cane ?

Wad kind of cleaning crew should I get before the algae covers the whole candy ?

Hmm my hair algae is much longer.

Was told that copperband butterfly, peppermint shrimps and super tonga nauccirus snails can help.

For normal algae can get trochus snails.

Recruited all of them and cleaning in progress since yesterday. So far positive result
