nope ..dun look like.. but nice though.. peppermint are somewhat similar to camel in their body pattern.

now the question is "are they reef safe"?...hehe

Why do we use "My 2 cents worth" when 1 cents are not legal tender in Singapore anymore? Shouldn't it be 5 cents worth?

i think peppermint shrimps body stripes are lengthwise from head to tail....not across the body as in the picture..

99.99% sure that it is not peppermint..hehe

yup..

LOLs keep in angler tank.. you wouldn't see them after.. BTW how much ah?

If I'm not wrong, I've seen bigger versions of these.... they can grow quite huge.. maybe smaller than market prawn..

juz bought 1 from eaqurist last sunday, look similar.put it into my tank and it disappear immediately.after observing for this few days,i think the shrimp don't like light, coz didnt see it come out on day time, came out only light off,use a torchlight to shine on it,it quickly hide into the rock again.it should be reef safe, nothing happen to my corals. :D

why didnt u ask them? As i know Justin is very a nice fella. U can talk to him and he will give u all the info he knows, perhaps more, hehe.

this is sure not a pepermint shrimp and neither a tiger prawn/shrimp. Its still too early to say reef-safe or not, as it still needs time to familiarise around new home.
