Are these pods?

Look like clawing ants. From what i see, look like figure of 8 and round shapes. 2 type. They can move quite fast. I have no magnifying glass to see better.

From your description, sounds really like pods. Can faintly see them on rocks but they are clearer on algae or on your macro algae.

To me like not pods, seems like some sort of fly-like insect which often comes out when we overfeed. In freshwater we call them planaria. Not 100% sure, pls dun flame me.
