Chiller Advice

Am facing some issues with the chiller, would like some advice!

Chiller is a 1/4HP Arctica, 4+ years old, supporting at 5 foot x 2 foot x 20 inch tank. The chilling efficiency seems to have dropped recently, and a backflush with vinegar did not seem to help. I have gotten it checked out, but the maintenance guy said there's nothing wrong with it. It's not normal for the chiller to take nearly an hour to drop the temperature by 0.6 degrees C..is it? Any advice is appreciated, thanks in advance!

For a 4yr old 1/4chiller to support a 5ft tank, does seem to have to work harder than normal, but i think an hr for 0.6 degrees might be too long. Not sure if artica will need gas top up. Maybe others can advise.
