Anyone currently using it? How much will it cost? Can recommend a specific shop (Sim Lim Tower)?

Toying with an idea to get the Milwaukee ph controller from ebay US. Seems like none of the lfs in Spore is carrying the Milwaukee brand now. Correct me if I am wrong.
