Is this fin rot?

Just yesterday I had an orange spot file die after exhibiting similar symptoms.

Fins appeared frayed and a slight white coating was present on some parts of the fish.

Two more of my filefish are exhibiting similar symptoms.

My bandit also appears to have fin loss.

Any idea on what it is and how to treat it?

yeah could be. my nitrate level is around 3 at the moment. did a 10% water change and will do more.

one thing I noticed was the bandit actually biting the fins of the filefishes, which I completely never expected. I never knew bandits to be actually that aggressive
