Any other factors affecting chiller apart from horsepower?

I noticed that for example, a 1HP artica chiller is rated to cool 3000l of water but for haliea its only rated for 2000l.

So in terms of chillers, horsepower is not the only thing that makes it powerful and efficient?

One major factor would be the material used for heat transfer within the chiller.

There's also the insulation quality of the chiller which affects how outside temperature can affect the efficiency of the chiller.

There's also the overall build quality which is crucial in ensuring maximum heat is lost with the least amount of power.

Other then these, on the user end we also have to ensure that the chiller is well ventilated and nothing is blocking it's intake/output air vents.

1) How much flow goes into the chiller. 2) Where is the source of the water is pumped into the chiller. Eg. If your source is also near to the output of the chiller, naturally the thermostat of the chiller will drop very quickly. So it drops quickly but will also rise quickly. So your chiller will have a higher frequency of start n stop which will consume more power.
