Do u mean turban or turbo ?

Many peoplr here wrongly id turban snail as turbo snail

mine is an astraea turbo snail..i brought 3 from CF yesterday and they keep falling off the rocks and after i put them up, they dont move around much. i did acclimate them but i just use drip method for around 15 to 20mins.
