I using...

Take 2 ml of tank water using the big syinge and put in container...

Take 1 ml of the reagent(correct right) using the small syinge...

Add 0.5 ml first and swirl for 30 seconds...

Den add the remaining 0.5 ml and swirl den leave for 1 min...
