may I know how to take care of the abv?

I just bought a find specimen of at least 7 inches big last week...read and LFS owner told me it feeds on Macroalgae..on LR..as well as those caulerpa he sells....

But since 2 or 3 days..I have not seen it eating my algae nor brine shrimps i feed?

I worry it will starve to death although its very actively swimming in my tank..

Need to tompang on this thread on PBT.

Went to friend's place last night and saw his PBT not swiming actively but wanted to lie on its side. It was eating algae/nori and swimming actively yesterday afternoon or since it was bought 2 weeks back. PBT about 3.5 inch.

Any one can advise what is probable problem or cure ? His tank 6 months liow and so far the other only death was an algae benny 2 months back. Gibies, YT okay. Water parameters tested ok, except for nitrate at 12.5gm/l (2nd color in the Sera Test kit. Ammonia and nitrite are zero.

Think this size Tang is more lasting but need big space. what size tank you have? Got one like that too, but regret, casue my tank only 4x2.5x2.5, and the Tang dun have enuff space to swim, was told need a 500G tank, dun know how big is that tank, may 12footer.

Mine died after one month from ick, should come around 4 to 5 day times normally.

good luck
