Any good recommendations for glue to glue two dry rocks together?

Good and cheap are the best.

Small rocks, gel glue works and many brands available ... Larger rocks, advisable to use epoxy

Cheap expoxy can bond the rocks. I used for corals frag. It work very well. For bonding need to roughen the rocks that you intend to glue or epoxy for stronger bond.

You have to use aquarium safe epoxy.

I always buy this glue that cost 10 bucks from farms or LFS.

Packaging is a white and dark maroon,

sorry cant remember the name as used up liao.

works like a charm in gluing rocks or corals.
