Whats the best Color enhancing pellet we can rely on?

Hikari Marine S is being recommended and is it available anywhere in Singapore shops? as I am not seeing it anywhere.

Some say New Life Spectrum Thera A (contains garlic)

It had amazing results on my freshwater fishes in terms of color enhancement. Not tried it on marine yet.
