ATI True Actinic benefit to coral?

Hi everyone. I just wondering is true actinic color bulb benefits to LPS/ soft coral? I been searching online for answer but not much luck on it. Some said that actinic is just for pop the green color from the corals out more and does not help in its growth. is that true?
