tang_sohal
I had some disaster with hammer and torch coral. Usually affected by brown jelly. Maybe you post some pics here and let the senior reefers advise you. Without picture. Quite hard to say.
tang_sohal
If it doesnt like the flow or lighting.. it may get smaller too.

SRC Member Snoopyhamburger Posted August 26, 2014 SRC Member Share Posted August 26, 2014 What is a newbie with a three feet doing with TWO Mandarins? Furthermore,do you have any more large fishes? If not,you don't qualify for keeping a Cleaner Wrasse -.- Quote steak pls
Planted
Angelfish are known to nip at corals and caution must be taken when keeping 1 with your corals. It may not nip in previous tank but decided to nip in new tank for whatever reason we may know. My half guess is your bicolor or yellow angel fish. SRC Member solasido Posted August 29, 2014 SRC Member Share Posted August 29, 2014 It could be dying by itself bro. may need to change spot and try to feed it often.
SRC Member Angel Keeper Posted August 29, 2014 SRC Member Share Posted August 29, 2014 Angels usually don't bother euphyllias... Most likely it wasn't in the best of health already... I don't bother too much if it does fast when I just bought it... But if it's in your tank for 6 months then suddenly dies, then I'll be worried... taufiq85
Bro try isolating it in sump or elsewhere to see if there are any changes. Try putting it in low flow with same amount of light if u dun want to put in sump. Also monitor if there are any brown jelly substances on it if there are quickly take it out and isolate it cos its a sign of brown jelly disease. I noticed ur hammer is quite big. It could be that the hammer got injured by the fish while it was swimming or because of too high flow causing it to injure over time. Hope this helps
