Try emerald crab for the green bubble and tangs for the caulerpa, bro. The tangs loves caulerpa. I feed them sometimes from my refugium.

For bubble algae not sure how effective, may be need manual but got to be careful as not to burst it (it is pregnant with spores that will spread).

Anyone know what creature or fish that loves to eat this fern?

Try Google "bryopsis algae" to match.. If yes, you may try to increase Magnesium level.

Some recommend urchins, turbo snails and lettuce nudibranch but the succeed rate is 50/50%. Base on experience, basically most herbivores don't really keen on this.

Wow big problem. Try to pull off as many as you can. Get turbo snails, sea hare, and urchin. They help. Shorten your light period and do a lot of water change till they disappear. Good luck
