Haha. I asked same question with no response too. ^^ My settings are 0000 0:1 0030 0:0 0600 0:0 1400 60:70 2000 40:50 2200 0:10 I copied from reef central and increased by 10:10 @ 1400 and 2200 as my corals are used to bright lights previously. Monitoring and so far my lps doing fine. You may want to increase for sps.
