Does zooxanthellae produce a specific colour in corals?

I noticed you like to post questions that answers can be easily found if you bothered to do a search on Google.

Hi bud :)

I did search but couldn't find info on it. It's also good to double check info on google with bros here who have experience.

Anyway this is the sps and advanced reef keepers forum, not just sps. Hope you understand.

Please be specific if you're asking about SPS or LPS corals because they are different - and by different I mean that SPS holds lesser zooanthellae than LPS. So let me ask you again, are you referring to SPS or LPS corals?
