Vortech pump on backup battery

Bros,

I am testing my Vortech pump with the backup battery.

When the main power supply is off, the pump turned to the power saving mode (green).

When I switch on the power supply again, it never return to the original mode.

Any idea how to config it to revert to the original mode when power is up?

Found the cause. The battery had not been fully charged.

There is a fuse with the battery pack, check if it got blow if it is not charging.
