Just curious about the number of people in the forum who are still young at heart and still enjoy a nice game of Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy, WWE Smackdown, Marvel vs Capcom 2, Fatal Frame, Winning Eleven etc etc....

I like to play NBA Live 2004, Soul Calibur II, Tao Feng, Dead or Alive 3 and Halo

If you are looking for games and want to modify you can try Hardware Zone but the warranty will be void.

and Crimson Skies is one very good game too (other than Halo)

If you mod, you get to play lots of other games, some of which is banned in SG, eg. GTA III - City of Vice. Heard can rape women (no offense), kill cops, steal cars, etc.

Also got lots of nice babes in the volleyball game.

Generally speaking, Xbox graphics better and loading time faster. Also got a HDD (minimum 40GB) and NIC built-in. You can pre-load your games in the HDD vis a PC hook-up so that you can play without the disc. Same with DVD movies.

Wait till Xbox-Live launches later this year. Heard from many quarters that there's no lag for multi-player (8) dog-fighting in Crimson Skies!!! How cool can that be?!

I have PS2 for a while, but got an XBOX recently from the SCV promotion. Have not got time to go and hunt around for games, but I am looking forward to Shenmue 2, legacy from Dreamcast.

somehow i do not like modern weapon games, besides a few

Prefer closer encounter with enemygame, so can use sword/axe

to hack at enemy and see blood splash all over

I really like those mystery RPGs too. Shadow of Destiny was good. Never expected the ending. Fatal Frame was pretty scary at the begining, but after a while it is kind of monotonous.

Well, I dig the Jap titles more, but have to wait for the NA versions (my jap is total crap...)

Generally I find that the Jap based titles are more interesting in terms of story line. I used to play FF2 english version on SFC (which is actually FF4 in Jap) and found that the english version has a lot of things edited out from the game when compared to the Jap version.

I once read an article from Square and it says that the Westerners like more action oriented, straight forward games while the Japs like a more extensive plot line with lots and lots of side fringe products.

Hahahahaha... k that was actually pretty funny... Even for a guy who's currently too occupied with Kingdom Hearts to try out FFX..

I kinda liked Fatal Frame myself... I play it at night and sometimes the 'fights' get pretty stressful..

Finally I also pretty much prefer close combat rather than shooting...

Wonder if it's the same thing for other gamers and reefers here...

Oh yah.. is Devil May Cry 1 & 2 nice? What kinda RPG are they? Is the fighting real time or turn based? Thanks...
