Help with clam. Is it pinched mantle?

Greetings senior,

I got 4 clams the rest are doing fine except the one below. It has always opened very nicely and fully. but recently its mantle seems to be extended upwards and its not fully opened. Is it the dreaded pinched mantle disease? Please advise

Is it due to the flow blowing up? If not it closes to that.

change ur carbon or add in carbon will help.
