Wrasse mouth cannot close

I bought a flasher wrasse over the weekend, but when I came back from work, noticed that the wrasse mouth is always opened, seems like it cannot close.

I looked into the mouth, saw two black black thing like a pair of eyes inside.

Please advise what is wrong and what should i do now?

It might have eaten something too big for it to swallow and it got stuck. Only thing you can do now is wait.

or it a sea lice in to mouth like when i go fishing i also notice a few sea lice in my catch mouth

if i were u i might use to toothpick to pick the thing out hahahah just joking
