royal gramma dying due to orange spots

Hi bro,

Anyone can help to ID what disease is this? Some form of lice?

The royal gramma has been feeding well till 2 days ago. Under closer observation at night, I saw the orange spots over its body.

If it is some forms of lice, that I am worried whether my other fishes have been infested!!!

Any treatment that I should apply?

not sure if cleaner shrimp will help. But look like some organism tat attach itself to the fish. Maybe u need to consider the current health status before performing freshwater dip or other medication.

Based on the current situation, I don't think the fish is in no condition to go through freshwater dip and medication.

I am no expert here bro but i will definitely take him out to another tank but being careful not to stress other tankmates and of course be gentle to him. Cos as for me i got minimal rocks. Your tank may or may not be infected but at least minimise the spread if its been spreading to other mates which i hope not. From there i will seek advice from the experience reefers of treatment. Hopefully there are ways to cure the poor fish and also your tank if it is also infected
