How to completely eradicating aiptasia?

Hey guys,

So I'll be starting a new tank soon, and most importantly, I don't want to make newbie mistakes. My most important question right now is how to completely ensure the tank is free from aiptasia.

I will be using dry rocks, sunbaked for at least 2 weeks.

So i understand and have read through many suggestions.

1. Bleach Rocks (risk having left over bleach absorb within rock, not natural)

2. Boiling Rocks (a dangerous method, as i read a post on rc about toxic gases being released)

3. Keeping Rocks in the dark (apitasia are known to survive well and even multiply since they dont require light to survive)

4. Hyposalinity Rocks (many reefers still encountered apitasia after the process, doesnt work)

5. Fresh water Soaking Rocks (Someone posted in rc he tried this, and still had aiptasia, might be due to other sources of rocks, not confirm)

6. Using H2o2 (same as bleaching??)

7. Cooking rocks (This is mainly to remove nutrients within rock itself, unsure if its actually used for the purpose of aiptasia eradication)

So yes, I've done my fair bit of research, but every method has a few set backs, and doesn't give a good confidence for eradication.

Can any experienced reefers share what method they use when starting a new tank to ensure chance of aiptasia is kept to its absolute minimum?

Is sun drying the rocks for 2 weeks followed by a freshwater soak sufficient, or am i being too paranoid?

my suggestion is buy a couple.of butterfly n pepermint shrimp to treat ur rock. They will take good care of them.
